Avalon/El Segundo Senior Housing Project  

Avalon/El Segundo Senior Housing is a 42 unit apartment complex located in Willowbrook, California. The units are efficient in layout, well ventilated and well lighted. This two-story structure was designed with the needs of seniors in mind. It is complete with handicap amenities such as a large garden area, which residents utilize for gardening and as a small park.

Common areas include lobby/lounge areas at the ground floor. The primary lobby/lounge is located at the entry with access to the elevators. The secondary lobby/lounge is located at the second floor adjacent to the elevators and stair. Other common areas include the approximately 1000 square foot social hall with a kitchen, the main lobby, laundry area, guest bathrooms and trash room. The building lobby/entry area has a glass corner at ground level for light and views as well as a curved roof line which gives unique definition to the common areas.
