Rodeo Apartment is a Mixed-Use Complex in Los Angeles.
Arlington Rodeo is located in the South Los Angeles Community at 3
Arlington Ave. It is a 29-unit apartment, designed by Ahn & Ahn Architects.
This project
is deed
restricted to low to moderate income families. The structures which ranges in
height from two to three stories, Is oriented around mitigating any density and
keeping compatible with the neighboring single-family residence. The project is
designed with many amenities for family recreation and children. Sand filled tot
lot playground surrounded by pared terrace, barbecue facilities, lawn and a
well— landscaped garden.
The
Mediterranean style exterior features Stucco
walls red tile roof and beautiful front
entrance columns. Each unit has a spacious floor plan and private balconies. Two
of the units are designed for handicapped persons. The hallways, living rooms,
and bedrooms are carpeted from wall to wall and vinyl flooring in the kitchens
and bathrooms. Each unit is equipped with refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers,
natural hardwood faced cabinets, and Formica countertops. Access between
subterranean parking garage and the apartment is by means of an elevator, which
opens into a spacious front lobby and gallery on each floor.
In
addition, the building is fine sprinkled throughout
with state of
the art lire alarm system and smoke detectors. All units have centralized heat
and air conditioning.
