Through discussions and assessment we determine your current fitness and nutritional
level. Then we identify your short and long term fitness and health goals.
We develop a plan, based on the assessment, to schedule your training and/or
nutritional practices into your lifestyle. This takes place at a Technosport site or a
place convenient to you.
Your progress is monitored daily, weekly or monthly in person, by phone e.mail or fax.
