We have a new video recording device so that video stroke analysis at the following camps will be more effective.

We have only 4 swim meets this year. Last year we had 10.  Your support for all these meets is required to continue with these fun, fast and friendly meets at our home pool.

FYI ...the Rideau Speedeaus February meet has been cancelled and Nepean Winterlude is now Feb 24.
