Count Frightenstein (Billy Van)

There is no real proof that the Count actually owns this castle, but he does live here. He also manages to RULE this castle, although no-one really knows how... Regardless, the count is a kind man, he loves inventing (he isn't very good though!!), and his goal in life is to make BRUCEY the Monster live and regain his honour in the anals of distinguished monsters.
IGOR (Fishka Rais)

Igor is simply the servant to the count, he looks up to the count (seen here)and seems threatened by the count (seen here as well !) Igor is a simple man, and is always finding something interesting to do in this castle. Igor's favorite thing to do seems to be visiting the other characters around the castle. I have a feeling Igor has many friends within the castle... the villagers (the postman) are another story however.
BRUCEY(Brucey the monster)
Brucey had to be listed amongst the owners, he is the entire premise of the show. If not for Brucey the count and Igor (and the rest of the cast I suppose) would be in Transylvania by now. Now that leads to the question, is Brucey being bad by keeping them in Frankenstone through stubborn will, or is it the Counts fault for not being able to properly fix Brucey???? Hmmmmm....
Little Count (Guy Big)
The litttle count is a mysterious figure, since he is a vampire like the Count I figure he must be one of the OWNERS. He is a rare site, and only seems to want to antagonize the Count and IGOR when they are on the phone. That and telling jokes are the little counts only lot in life.
