The Summary:
When someone starts trying to kill Homer, Chief Wiggum enlists the help of Sideshow Bob to find out who's responsible. Bart keeps foiling Sideshow Bob's murder attempts with the help of an electrified collar and eventually Bob and Homer discover that Hank Grimes, son of Homer's old nemesis Frank is responsible.

My Two Cents:
I thought this episode was a bit of a letdown. It wasn't bad but it wasn't up
to Sideshow Bob's usual standards either. I think Bob's episodes have always
been among the best of the Simpsons, even when the show wasn't doing that well
overall, but I would say this episode was pretty average.
Why didn't I like it? First of all, Bob wasn't used very well in this episode.
He's a really great character but I don't feel like he did much until the end
of the episode when the writers tacked on a silly attempt to kill Bart. And
the running gag with the electric shock unit was funny for about fifteen seconds.
The other thing I didn't like was the introduction of Hank Grimes. I figured out
who he was before the show ended, which was pretty bad because I stink at solving
mysteries. But the real problem is that I can't believe that some illegitimate
son of Frank Grimes just came out of nowhere. It's like watching a soap opera!
Some of the jokes were funny; the story just wasn't great. The plot had potential
but I think there was a lack of planning in developing. It feels like the writers
followed the path of least resistance by adding long-lost relatives of obscure
characters and throwing in Sideshow Bob without coming up with a proper scheme
for him.
