Born on Unaria she and her mother fled the Gorn Wilding Season and

found safety on an alien Starbase devoted to the idea of giving sanctuary to all lifeforms

the starbase was called Ceylon it later became known as Starbase Liberty

 

She has worked her entire life devoted to the original idea of Ceylon

and also was instrumental in seeing to the transition of the Starbase to

Federation control.

 

Now in the later years of her life she has finally allowed some of the aspects of running

SB Liberty to be turned over to Star Fleet..
