Reports

The following are the reports we usually provide to stakeholders of TVET in Sorsogon:

Annual Accomplishment Report

The Annual Accomplishment Report is a narrative report summarizing the accomplishments of the Provincial Office and the TVET sector during the year. It is usually prepared near the end of the year and is distributed to stakeholders of TVET. The Annual Accomplishment Report also contains the updated TESD-related directories.

Accomplishment on Massive Training and Re-Training

This report contains a summary of the number of persons enrolled and trained in all TVET trainings, segregated by venue (school-based, non-school-based), training type (formal, short-term, extension, community-based, enterprise-based, etc.) and gender. It includes not only those trained directly by TESDA schools but also by the private technical-vocational institutions, LGUs, non-government organizations and other government agencies with training programs. The Accomplishment Report on Massive Training and Re-Training is produced monthly; the figures are cumulative for the year.

Only trainings reported to TESDA are included in the report.

Accomplishment on Assessment and Certification

The accomplishment report on assessment and certification is a tabulated summary of the number of persons assessed and certified by the TESDA. The figures in the report are segregated by industry classification and occupation title. This report is produced monthly and the figures are cumulative for the year.

The names of those certified (that is, issued with Certificate of Competency) are uploaded to the national TESDA website every Friday of every week. A copy of this (updated every month) can also be downloaded from this site.

Status of TVET Program Registration

This report contains the official listing of courses registered under TESDA's Unified TVET Program Registration and Accreditation System (UTPRAS). The courses are listed per school. The Status of TVET Program Registration is updated once a year or whenever there are new entries to the directory.
