//Overdrive
Tidus:
Tidus uses his water blade in overdrive. His overdrive is similar to that of Squall's limit break, Renzokuken. All of his overdrives have a moving bar in which you have to stop in the middle. The faster and closest to the middle the bar gets, the stronger the overdrive will be.

Auron:
Auron's overdrive is similar to Zell's limit break, Duel, from FFVIII. The player must press down a certain combination of buttons for the overdrive. The faster the combinations are pressed, the stronger Auron's attack will be. However, Auron learns a new overdrive by collecting recorded spheres all over spira. There are ten spheres in all.

Yuna:
Yuna's overdrive is the Grand Summon. When she summons an Aeon, the Aeon's overdrive bar is at its fullest. The Aeon performs its overdrive until the bar becomes empty, and the bar returns to its previous amount before the overdrive. However, you can only summon one Aeon.
Kimahri:
Kimahri's overdrive involves the use of Blue Magic, similar to Quina's in FFIX. The Jump, however, uses his spear, like Freya's Jump in FFIX. Kimahri's overdrive is called Ronso Rage.

Wakka:
Wakka's overdrives are acquired by playing Blitzball. It may take 10-20 blitzball games until the overdrives start appearing. His overdrives are of Element Reels. There are other overdrives as well: Attack, Aurochs, and Status. His standard overdrive, Element Reels, can be performed by matching three colored slots correctly; red (fire), blue (water), white (blizzard), or yellow (thunder). He will attack all enemies if you match all three correctly. If you can only match two, Wakka will only attack one enemy.
Rikku:
Rikku's overdrive is Mix. She mixes two certain items together to create a a water, ice, fire, or thunder attack. Rikku can also heal the characters with Mix. Altogether, there are 64 combinations for her overdrive.
Lulu:
Lulu's overdrive is Fury. She can cast a great deal of black magic without using any MP. Lulu can still use Fury even when she is silenced. You would rotate the right analog stick as many times as you can until the time runs out. The number of rotations for a certain spell is the number of times it will be casted onto the enemy.
