Kiros Seagill - Kiros is one of Laguna's friend who helped him all the way through their life in the Galbadians. Kiros is a male, although he looks like a female. Kiros came back to visit Laguna in Winhill few years later after they quit the Galbadia SeeD. Kiros has a lot of righteous for his friends, especially Laguna and Ward. Kiros uses two weapon in each hand called Katal, which allows him to use his limit break called Blood Pain that does a tremendous amount of HP.
Ward Zarbac - Ward, a big muscular guy who is also one of Laguna's friend in Galbadia SeeD. He
uses a gigantic weapon called a Harpoon. With the Harpoon, he can use his ultimate limit break called the Massive Anchor. Ward will through his Harpoon in the air and jump up with it, after a few seconds, he will appear on top of the Harpoon attacking his enemy with a large amount of weight causing lots of HP.
Cid Kramer - Cid is the headmaster of Balamb Garden SeeD. He controls the whole Balamb Garden, in fact he began Balamb Garden with his wife Edea Kramer. But a secret was revealed later on in the game that a third party running the Garden appeared.
Edea Kramer - Cid's wife, who became a sorceress because of Sorceress Ultimecia. She held Galbadia Garden for awhile and then she got Sorceress Ultimecia knocked out of her, so she stayed her peaceful home where she won't get possessed again.
Moomba - Moombas are a kind of animal that lives in the east side of the world where Esthar is. Moombas are harmless animals that is force to slavery for the Esthar people.
Xu - Xu is Cid's assistant in the Garden. She is sort of a messenger that sends messages through Garden. She guide Squall and his party through all the missions they have.
Fujin - One of Seifer's follower, she is so devoted to Seifer that nothing can come between them. One of her eye is blinded for some reason. She always speak with only one word, until the end, Squall beaten her and Raijin in a battle, she got tired of helping Seifer so she let Squall through the door. But that doesn't mean she ain't gonna help him again.
Raijin - Raijin, also a follower of Seifer, but is also following Fujin. Raijin has a special attack called Raijin Special which can take approximately half your HP. He uses a staff as a weapon. He is also very devoted to Seifer.
