The True Carpathians Group Rules


Greetings and welcome to the True Carpathians group site on Yahoo groups. However before you can start playing, be sure to read and follow the rules stated below:

1.) Even though this is an R Rated site, please be advised that this is NOT a sex or porn site, so please do not treat it as such. Romances and love scenes are allowed and we suggest that you have a lot of fun while you are at it. But make sure that ALL love scenes that you post via, loop, do not go pass the R rating. Anything more than that,(i.e. X rated love scenes)I suggest that you take it to IM :-). But be fore warned, that if you break this rule, your post will be pulled from the loop and I will send you ONE warning. If it happens a second time, you‘re a goner.

2.) Read the RPG Characteristics. They are the official rules of the site and we expect all members to follow them to the letter. Also make sure that your character(s) have been placed in the TC Member Database BEFORE you post your character(s) Intros.

3.) Nothing goes off list, meaning that what started with the True Carpathians, stays with the True Carpathians. If you created a character to play on this site, you will not be allowed to play that character on any other group site. You have already agreed to this rule, the moment you sent in the Pre-Subscription Requirement Agreement to the moderators. All RPG is Copyrighted by the respective owners, and all established Characters in the books (as well as their back stories) are all Copyrighted by Christine Feehan and ALL rights are preserved.

4.) Also note that any characters that you have created and are currently using on other Carpathian sites are not allowed to be used here. The reason for this is simple. It would be a direct violation of Ms Feehan's copyrights and therefore infringements on her published works and that as I have stated before is not allowed. So please DO NOT reproduce characters from other Carpathian sites here. We suggest that you use your wonderful imaginations and come up with something original. If you did it once, then you can do so again.

5.) Please make sure that you join Christine’s mailing list. The link to her mailing list can be located on her Official website. (Her home page, purple strip on the left side, just enter where it says join mailing list and hit enter). There will be a monthly reminder, telling members about the mailing list and urging them to join.

6.) This role playing site is based off Ms Feehan’s books called the Dark Series and we are very strict in making sure that all role playing that occurs on this site, stays within the confines of our beloved AGX’s universe. So make sure to read the books more thoroughly and we encourage you to read them over again as well, so that you may stay familiar with the rules of the world and abide by them.

7.) Whenever you are either going into chat or just posting on the loop, please make sure that ALL key characters that you will be using be listed in the database BEFORE you post. This is needed in order to keep the site running smoothly. Your character will not be authorized on the site unless it's in the databse anyway so if I catch a member using a character that isn't in the database, I will pull that post and contact the owner. My suggestion for all new members is to send your intro posts to the moderators for approval first that way, we can atleast get you started off in the right direction.

8.) When claiming your lifemate, please make sure that the bonding words are accurate as they are in ALL books.

Your life, happiness and welfare will be placed above my own for all time. You are my lifemate, bound to me for all eternity and always in my care."

9.) We also reserve the right to add or change the rules when necessary.  If you have any questions then feel free to contact either of the Moderators by email and we will get back to you with an answer within 24 hours.
