The Assembly is Paragon City's Premiere Teen-aged Super-Hero team. Founded on the premise that teen heroes deserve as much credit as adult ones, and that fighting evil is cool, the members of the Assembly try to act as professional as possible, without sacrificing the fun!!! Based on a democratic system, the members of the Assembly are laid-back and easy-going, but don't just stand by and let others run them around. They're young people with opinions and attitudes, and aren't afraid to voice them! The founding members of the Assembly act as a kind of barometer for the rest of the team, but each member has their own say and do not report to any kind of team leader. The best way to become a part of the Assembly team is to logon to the City Of Heroes message boards, and check out the Teams forum! 2002.03.04 - The Team! Phew! It's been a while since we've had an honest-to-goodness update, but it's finally here! I'd like to welcome the PLETHORA of new members that will serve as our official "core" for now. Timber Wolf has left for greener pastures, but in his stead we've gained Silver Streak, Psiono, Phase, and most recently Prince! Welcome to all the new members and congratulations to the team for developing a working democratic process that no one can put down. (Well, they can try...) 2002.01.28 - Two More The Assembly would like to welcome the two newest members, Timber Wolf and C-Freak! Voted in by a majority of active members, we'd all like to extend a 'congratulations' to the latest additions! 2002.01.15 - Changes, changes, changes Well, it was bound to happen. Kid Mischief has left the team for greener pastures, and we are re-organizing the leadership of the team as a result. For this purpose, we are instituting a membership-ban for about the next week, while we create a team charter and start a democratic voting process on new applicants to the team. Congratulations and welcome our four new members; Splice, Cold Crash, Najai and Phoenix Star! I'm sure they'll make great additions to the team!!! 2002.01.09 - Fourteen Members, Website Overhaul Recruits just keep pouring in, and we keep adding them to roster! Welcoming the newest members, Morlack, Jinx, and Nightmask to the auspicious Assembly, we enter a truly coveted phase. And new recruits keep pouring in! Congrats to the new members, and welcome! 2001.12.21 - Seven & Recognition! The Assembly is proud to announce the inclusion of their seventh member, Blaze! Check him out in our members area. The resident hot-head, this British import to Paragon City is bound to warm things up with his energetic personality! Also, our team site has been added to City of Hero's Links page! We're official and on the board!
2001.12.13 - Six Members! The ranks of the Assembly continue to grow! We are proud to welcome members MydKnyte, Kid Mischief, and Polaric Boy to the line up. Check out the ever-growing members page to see the who's who of the Assembly! 2001.12.05 - Assembly Founded After a little debate and a lot of heartache, Assembly has been officially created. The Members page will soon be updated to give you the lowdown on the latest. We'll also be setting up some Links, and once I've got a stable and confirmed roster, we will be posting contact stuff, etc.
