L.A. Sunrise
1 oz. vodka
¼ oz. rum½ oz. crème de banana
2 oz. orange juice
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 lime slice
1 cherry
Combine everything but the rum into a highball glass with ice, float rum on top, add the cherry and lime slice as the garnishes and serve.

La Jolla
1 ½ oz. brandy
½ oz. crème de banana
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. orange juice
Combine everything into a shaker with ice, shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Lemon Drop
1 ½ oz. vodka
1 tsp. sugar
1 lemon slice
Start by fill a shot glass with vodka, Pour the sugar onto the lemon slice, then drink the shot and chase with the lemon.

Liberty Cocktail
1 ½ oz. apple brandy
¾ oz. light rum
½ tsp. sugar
Combine everything into a shaker with ice, shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Lugger
1 oz. brandy
1 oz. apple brandy
¼ tsp. sugar
Combine everything into a shaker with ice, shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Hot Brandy Toddy
2 oz. brandy
4 oz. boiling water
1 tsp. sugar
lemon twist
Put the sugar into a coffee mug, fill the cup about 2/3 full with the boiling water, add the brandy, stir, add the lemon twist as a garnish and serve

Hot Brick Toddy
2 oz. whiskey
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. brown sugar
4 oz. boiling water
2 pinches cinnamon
Combine everything but the cinnamon into a coffee mug, stir until the butter completely melts, add the cinnamon and serve.

Hot Butter Rum
2 oz. rum
4 oz. boiling water
1 tsp. brown sugar
½ cinnamon stick
1 tbs. butter
pinch of nutmeg
1 slice lemon
Combine everything but the nutmeg into a coffee mug, stir until the butter completely melts, add the nutmeg and serve.

Hot Rum Cow
2 oz. rum
4 oz. hot milk
1 tsp. brown sugar
½ cinnamon stick
1 tbs. butter
pinch of nutmeg
1 slice lemon
In a sauce pan over medium heat, heat the milk to a near boil, do not boil, when heated pour the milk into a coffee mug, add everything but the nutmeg, stir with cinnamon stick until the butter melts, add the nutmeg and lemon twist as a garnish and serve

Hot Toddy
1 liter blended whiskey
8 cups boiling water
1 cup sugar
2 sliced lemons
3 cinnamon sticks
nutmeg
½ cup butter (optional)
Boil the water in a large sauce pan, remove from heat, add the sugar, whiskey, cinnamon and lemons. Stir and serve in coffee cups with nutmeg sprinkled on top

Irish Coffee
1 ½ oz. Irish whiskey
6 oz. hot black coffee
1 tsp. brown sugar
fresh whipped cream
Pour the whiskey and sugar into the cup, add the coffee, and stir. Top with the whipped cream, serve
