Prior
to answering this question we must ask ourselves, why we must have a
government and a justice department? It is unfortunate that this
fundamental question has to be reviewed in the 21st century,
when mankind is proudly speaks of his intelligence and his capacity.
Every
individual, community, state and the country is self-centered. “I”
is the basis of every actions and decisions of an individual, community,
state country etc. “I” is the ignorance on which mankind is riding
to his own destruction. He tends to concentrate matter, overlooking the
whole, there by obstructing the flow. Flow is the essential aspect of
nature and life. [For more

Blow to Flow]. There are two ways of expression of “I” and its
ignorance.
1]
The conquering and expansive motive that is typical of the West.
2]
The second is corruption and concentrative force of the East, specially
that of the India – the land of Vedas and absolute knowledge.
Both
these tendencies lead to death beyond certain critical state. A
government is necessary to ensure a continuous flow, by checking the
tendencies of the individual and groups to expand and concentrate
matter. The department of justice exists above the government and
functions to uphold the path of truth and life. In other words it is
constituted to check the “I” force and ensure life to the
individual, country and the whole. It should activate whenever the
government goes out of its basic path of functioning. This is true both
for a country and the whole world
A
good leader and a good government is one, which restricts its inherent
tendency to concentrate and works to develop methods to produce flow
within the system and helps promote it with the outside systems.
In other words the basic criteria for a government is that it should be
devoid “I” and work to maintain the flow in the system and help the
system maintain its life. A second quality of good government is that it
should help other government to survive. Government
takes the position of Mind in a living system. The justice department
takes the role consciousness. It is a department that is responsible to
keep the light and life burning. The body is the source of negative
force that concentrates matter and consciousness is the positive force
that keeps the life going. A good judge is the one who gives
the judgment principally from his consciousness. It is the failure of
the consciousness and thereby the justice department that is the cause
for all the miseries of mankind. When consciousness is fully awake then
the mind becomes clear and the tendency of individuals to weaken the
whole system, by corruption or conquering motive is restricted and life
and vigor returns to the system. The lack
of Knowledge of “I” is the basic problem not only of a country but
also of the whole world. The two evils of the society Terrorism and War
have its root in this ignorance.
If
the above fundamental principles are taken into granted, then we can
safely conclude that we have no government and no justice department –
both for our country and the whole. This is true for all the levels. Mankind
on the whole exists in a world of ignorance. Our
leaders and the whole machinery of the government works principally for
their growth forgetting the basic duty of theirs. Their
failure and their corruption are today forcing the basic units and the
source of flow of the country to die. Much of force of flow is getting
concentrated with the rulers, the machinery called government and the
underground individuals and the justice department. [See -

In
a thoroughly corrupt government, where money can fetch any documents and
proof, the type of justice department, which principally works on
proofs, appears quite out of place. The common men in such a set up are
forced to live with corruption, and adopt it to survive. The corruption at
the lower level is direct effect of corruption at the higher level. In
yielding to the corruption every one of us is contributing to the death
state to which it is leading us. The ultimate institution that is
responsible for this state is Justice department or consciousness of the
country and the whole. Science has advanced to develop instruments that
detect lies, yet the justice department has failed to incorporate it
shows the very intent of the individuals comprising the system.
When
I say it is the failure of the consciousness or justice department of
the country. We must not forget that the consciousness of the country
reflects the consciousness of the individuals. We have been suppressing
our consciousness as we work to propel our “I”. We have never given
a chance for the free expression of the consciousness. We the citizens
of this country have never bothered to evoke our consciousness and seek
light and life. This is true for the whole world too. The failure of the
consciousness of the country therefore could be located in us. We have
voted the Government, so we also should be responsible to keep it in the
right direction. The path to do so is very much there in the very
fabrication of life – Just knock and seek the intervention of the consciousness or the justice
department of the country. We must send an S.O.S to Chief Justice.
The
rulers of this country instead of realizing our strength, wealth and
work on it for the well being of the our country and the whole, has been
blindly following the west and have been making blunders fuelling
negativity and destruction there by putting India into debt and slavery.
We have been copying the west, minus its one
great good character- non-corruption. Few years back we saw
our government introducing a scheme called “Voluntary Income
Disclosure Scheme”. In a country whose main problem is corruption,
wasn’t this a boost in the arm to the underworld and black money
holders? Who are these black money holders? We only need little common
sense tell that the biggest black money holders are the politicians and
the key government employees. God only can save country where the rulers
themselves work to destroy their country. Today this negative thinking
has reached its critical point. The nature is so constituted that it
survives ruthlessly eliminating the destructive forces and upholding the
Truth and Justice. We have God intervening in the form of Lord Rama and
Lord Krishna, to defeat ruthlessly the evil force and uphold Justice and
Truth. The cries of the help less primary producers and the least
corrupt souls will not go unanswered. Mother earth will shudder to
destroy the capitals of corruption
The
rulers of our great country have given the neck of the land of Vedas to
the hangers loop. In submitting to
the globalization without protecting the interest of its primary
producers and gauging the strength of its internal flow it has made a

up the freedom that Mahatma Gandhi earned for our country. In spite of having enormous natural wealth and the true
knowledge of nature in our belt, our internal flow strength is very
weak. It is largely dependent on the external source for its survival.
The principle cause for this situation is corruption in the political
parties and the governing system. Much of the input into the system is
getting concentrated with the political leaders and the government

How
should the government work
The
most important function of the government is to facilitate and
strengthen smooth flow from the primary to the tertiary and back [See Death
Blow for Flow] In other words it should act as the powerful
middleman controlling the flow. The very idea of government looses its
meaning if it does not fit into this role. A government should act as
the biggest market player; it should function monitoring the demand and
supply. It should intervene the market every time the fluctuating market
reaches predefined critical states; maximum and minimum. But if the
people responsible for maintaining the flow begin to concentrate the
flow and goes out to submit the country to the outside forces, then
nothing can save a country. The only path
open to survival is the return of Lord Shiva opening his Third Eye or
the return of Jesus Christ or Allah to give Judgment and wipe out the
evil. Here I look at all the three possibilities as one - The return of
light and the Revelation of true knowledge of nature
What
should the helpless Primary Producers Do
The
sorry state of the primary produces in this country specially the
Agriculturist is direct product of the failure of the government. It
needs the intervention of the Justice department. Various agricultural
/concerned department has been coaxing the agriculturist and other
primary producers to take loan and venture into agriculture, but is
failing to procure the produce at a minimum price. The government should
fix the Minimum Price and procure all the produce at this minimum price.
We have been witnessing the poor agriculturist forced to give away their
produce to the whims and fancies of the middleman and traders. In the
past we have been witnessing helpless farmers throwing loads of potatoes
and tomatoes in the streets in front of government offices and ministers
residence. I have seen agriculturist producing huge Jatha's and
procession demanding government’s intervention. Does these protest,
has produced any results? I wonder how ignorant our agriculturists are.
Behind most of these jatha's and procession there is a political mind,
which is seeking its growth. These jatha’s and processions can never
give a solution to the problem. They can at
best further hinder the flow of the country and its growth.
This is so because we are seeking the solution from the creators of the
problem. The answer for negativity does not lies in the originators of
negativity. The best way is to approach the positive force. My advice to
the agriculturist and the entire oppressed group is not to obstruct the
flow. Stopping the flow at the maximum will only bring a little
deviation in the flow. When an opposition is
done we must attack the root. If,
one who attacks the base has truth and righteousness on his side he
would bring an everlasting victory.
Do not fall back on the on political personality, but collectively
approach the consciousness of the country- That is the Chief justice of
India seek justice and truth from him. Here the true angels of God, -
the religious leaders and the workers of God should come to the picture.
They should grow beyond the boundary they built around themselves and
the God. They should get down to fight to install Justice and Peace and
help sustain life. We must follow Lord Rama and Lord Krishna who fought,
for justice and righteousness. Before
doing so one should take the path of Lord Jesus, cleanse ourselves to
grow in positive power.
Two
fundamental arguments is enough for any judge to give a favorable
verdict

A government is responsible to keep of the flow from its individuals and
back to it. No government can escape from this reality. It is the duty
of the government to workout the demand and supply. It should act to
check and initiate production and should be responsible for it. It
should fix a minimum and maximum at which it should react to control the
flow. It is the Duty of the government to wipe out the uncertainties
that affect its roots.

Government should be the biggest, trader controlling the market at no
stage it should allow other traders to overpower it and decide the flow.
That amounts to, “Father
giving the ration of the family in the hands of a starving neighboring
family”. Only the most ignorant man and the most corrupt would do
this. Consciousness of the country can never produce a decision favoring
the king who is ignorant and corrupt.
Human being
adoring the seat of
consciousness of the country is bound err. To
minimize it we must take special care to select people with clear
consciousness and knowledge about the truth of nature to adorn the seat
of a judge. It is the failure of this seat that is the cause for growth
of all evil forces. If an error comes from this seat, then it should be
discussed in the congregation of people holding light. Here I mean the
religious and the knowledgeable people. The religion in all its
completeness should come out of the four wall of temple into an active
field to guide the world.
A
second important point is that, this seat of justice should have its own
army of selected people who fights corruption. And the punishment should
be severe, if individuals of this army are caught corrupt. This is the
biggest necessity for our country.
We
have tendency in our country where all the evil forces jump into
politics only because it is a safe heaven to hide and evade being
caught. Today the judiciary is helpless. We have hundreds of corruption
cases caught in recent past that involved ministers and highly placed
officials. Has any one of them led to punishment? This is so because the
enquiry rest back in the hand of the culprits. This situation has to
change. Every Indian citizen has to raise a voice and appeal to the
chief justice, bringing to his notice the corruption at various levels
and do justice to their own consciousness. The justice department should
have a system of its own to investigate totally independently of the
mind or the government all the corruption cases and take a strict
action.
If
one can unearth just 25% of the black money held by ministers and
government officials India can recover from al the debts and take the
road to new life and prosperity. The need of the hour is that we must
open our eyes and senses to the reality and true knowledge and move in
the path of the consciousness.
