Songs and Info Ask Anyone
The
only song we have actually recorded and was being played when Bill
was still here in Oz. Hingo wrote the music and lyrics were done by
Goon. This song isn't played much anymore as it isn't as heavy and
it was basically a rap-core, nu-metal heap of shit. Please burn any recordings
of this song.
Passive
More of a warm-up act than a song. It was written as a warm up song because it was so damn fast and pretty heavy. Not sure how to play it anymore but it kicked ass at the time.
9 Letter Word (Hypocrite)
Hingo
did the music for this and I think Bug did the original lyrics. This is
probably the only old song we still play. We have played this at
every jam and gig we have had. With the new addition of Zac to the
band the lyrics we rewritten and the name was changed from
"Hypocrite" to "9 Letter Word". Other parts of
this song were rewritten as well making it longer and slightly more
closer to our newer style. The only song of ours that isn't majorly
he
Time
A
new song we wrote for the Red Cross Hall gig. It was written by
Hingo and Zac. The song isn't anything special, it is actually quite
mellow and sounds similar to Deftones. This was a one-off song for
PTC1. At PTC2 we totally changed our set with just heavy songs.
Untitled Heavy Song
The
music for this song was written by Hingo, and the lyrics done by
Zac. It is a damn heavy song, written for the Red Cross gig. The
songs inspiration came from listening to the Sepultura album Chaos
A.D. This is the new sound the band wants. Our heaviest song
without a doubt.
Revolution
This
is our favourite song and has many different parts that make it
interesting. Once again its a heavy as fuck song but thats how we
like it. Both the music and the lyrics were written by Zac. Sounds
like a cross between Slayer, System of a Down and Sepultura.
Cover Songs
Fear Factory - Edgecrusher
Great
song which gets people in the mood to mosh. Heavy as hell in typical
Fear Factory style. We play this live on occasions.
Sepultura - Troops of Doom
Great
heavy and fast song that hasn't been played live at all. We do plan
on getting it right for any opcoming gigs. The song is from
Sepultura's first album but still kicks ass even today.
Sepultura - Roots Bloody Roots
A
great heavy song. This is used as an ending song for our gigs
lately. This one was perfected for the Red Cross gig but it was
played a couple of jam sessions earlier.
Cryogenic - Fall On
A
song by the best Australian Metal Band there is. This one has been
played ever since we all saw Cryogenic play at the 2001 Big Day Out
in Sydney. We hardly ever screw this song up.
System of a Down - Sugar
This
song was learnt for the Red Cross gig. Its psycho, like most of
System's music. Attempted a few times before but now the song is
played often.
System of a Down - Suite Pea
A
heavier song than Sugar and that makes it even better. Played quite
often at jams and played at all gigs of ours.
