A place to make friends and experience new
things. That's why extra-curricular activities play a very important role in
the development of life skills, self-esteem and confidence.
Not
only are they fun, but activities will also improve your resume by
showing employers that you are a team leader willing to go the extra mile.
From playing sports to being editor of the yearbook, from playing a role in
the school play to creating your own club, there are many ways to get
involved in school.
In addition, you can volunteer at the local
hospital, nursing home, food bank or library, where you can gain experience
that will great on your
resume,
university and
scholarship applications.
