UNIVERSITY APPLICATION PROCESS
(Part 2)

When filling out an application form ALWAYS:

• Read the entire application before entering data
   
• Make a photocopy or print-out of the original application and use it as a rough draft
   
• Type out your final copy or print with black ink
   
• Fill in every section (if something does not apply to you, write N/A)
   
• Deliver it in a folder (if you're mailing it)
   

  When filling out an application form NEVER:

• Soil or wrinkle the papers
   
• Have dog-eared corners
   
• Eat and/or drink while applying
   
• Write with colourful inks (such as red, purple, green)
   
• Use cursive writing
   
• Leave it to the last minute
