SBB STORE
  The Scott Barnes Band should soon have an on-line store open for you to buy clothing and other SBB things from in the next two weeks.  The store will be selling t-shirts, long-sleeve t-shirts, sweatshirts, mousepads, necklaces and more.  Check back soon to shop at The Scott Barnes Band Store.

TOUR
    Scott Barnes and Nick Kidd will be going on a small Summer Tour.  The local Tour begins on May 25th in Haslett.  Check out the 2001 Summer Tour Page for more details, including info on a possible live album.  Scott will also be playing a show in Sarnia, Ontario (Canada) on either the 11th or 12th of May.

    We know how many of you all want to see pictures of the SBB.  The pictures should be up on the Site sometime in the next two weeks.  Please check back!  We apologize that it has taken so long to get the pictures of the guys up.

Summer Tour

Scott Barnes and Nick Kidd are planning on going on a small tour this summer.  The two of them will play shows throughout mid-Michigan trying to get more people to listen to and enjoy their music.  We'll post the show dates within the next couple months.

Fan Mail
You can now get the address to send fan mail to on the Contact page.  The Band promises that they will respond to every single letter they get!  Please send the guys a letter or anything!  Whether you want an autograph, or would just like to send letters back and forth, the Band will respond!

2-19-01

Nick Kidd Joins
Bassist and guitarist Nick Kidd has officially joined the Scott Barnes Band.  Nick will play acoustic guitar and bass for the Band.  Nick played a couple songs at Scott's latest show (check the Setlists page).  We're all happy to have Nick in the band and look forward to playing with him!

Album Postponed
Scott Barnes has decided to postpone the recording of his debut solo CD.  Scott thinks that it would be better to record the CD with a couple more members of the band joining him.  He expects to start re-recording sometime this summer!  We'll keep you posted!

Store
The Scott Barnes Band will soon have a store on the internet that will be selling T-shirts, mousepads, and a few other things.  Right now, the Band is selling "SBB" Hemp Necklaces.  If you'd be interested in buying one ($8) please E-Mail us!

Bass Player
The Scott Barnes Band will soon be adding bassist Nick Kidd to their lineup.  Scott recently played a little bit with Nick and has asked him to join the band.  We'll post more information as we get it!

Solo Demo to Be Recorded:
Scott will begin recording a solo demo CD this February. Scott's not sure which songs will appear on the CD. The CD will include Scott on guitar as well as vocals. All songs will not include the vocals, however. The purpose of this Demo CD is for people who have never heard his music to hear what it sounds like. Many people who view the setlists are curious as to what the songs sound like, so the CD will give them a general idea. We will soon have a "Studio" page on the Site to provide updates as to what's going on in the Studio.
