Project Alpha is the campaign setting currently being run at 21st Century Comics and Games in East Lansing. Players are encouraged to build and play mercenary units in the Word of Blake Jihad setting. Scenarios consist of a combination of official scenarios (found in the Dawn of the Jihad and Jihad Hot Spots books) in addition to Commando-written/player-written scenarios that take place between the events found in the Jihad sourcebooks. You don't have to have a merc unit to play in these scenarios; you can just show up and play in these events by assisting the Merc units or the opposing forces. You don't want to play a merc unit? Not a problem. We've got players running house units as well. If you wanted to run a Clan unit through the scenarios, we're open to that as well. | |
