Cobs

 

I have decided to add a page of cobs to my site. These cobs have all been tested on one of my Macs. It is a Performa 6116 with a G3 225 upgrade and 40 megs of ram. Please keep in mind that what may work on one Mac may not work on another. Remember to put the .spr files in the Images folder inside of the Creatures folder. I would recommend that the first time you inject a cob, export your norns first. That way you can make sure that if your game crashes, you won't lose any norns. These cobs are just a small part of what is available. A lot of the P C sites have cobs available for download. I have supplied e-mail addresses for the authors, so feel free to e-mail them and tell them what you think or just to thank them . Of course, all of these cobs are put up with the permission of the authors.

Sometimes you will run out of a certain cob. Whenever you do, feel free to come back and download some more.

The cobs have all been stuffed with Stuffit, so you will need Stuffit Expander to open them. Enjoy!

Animals

Benji	Spotling	Benji wanders all over Albia. Watch your norns though, because they like to follow him, and may forget to eat or sleep.
Cow	Daniel Smallman	She goes next to the lemons. Use her to refill the milk bottles. (See under food)
Doggy	M Boehler	This dog also wanders all over Albia. You may not be able to remove him.
Dragonfly	Sandra Linkletter	This little insect injects into the garden.
Kitty	Spotling	Another little critter for your norns to follow around.
Parakeet	Bibble	You can put the cage where you want it. click on the cage and the little bird will sing.
Cat	Daniel Smallman	This little kitty comes in an egg. Set the egg down and it will hatch. There is also a bowl of catfood that you can inject when your cat is hungary. Make sure that you feed it or it will die.
Appaloosa	Spirit	This pretty little horse roams Albia. Injects where ever you want it. It works fine.
Goat and Milk	Unknown	I don't know who the author is. If anyone does know, let me know and I will give them credit. This works fine.
Pegasus	Spirit	A winged horse. When you click on him, his wings go up and down. This works fine.
Spider	Stefan Kuske	A spider in a web, that catches cave flies. Works great!
Queen Woodchuck	Spirit	This cute little woodchuck roams around Albia.This works great!

Toys

Angel	Spotling	The norns like to carry this little angel around with them.
Beanie Baby Vendor	Spotling	This vendor goes in the kitchen. Beanies come out when the hand or a norn pushes on the machine.
Bean 2	Spotling	These are different Beanies that you can use with the B B Vendor. You need to rename the .spr that you want to use. Change it to bean.spr and put it in your images folder.

Remote Control Car	Stefan Kuske	This is injected in the garden. The car has no remover.
Crayfish Toy	Spotling	This little toy injects into the garden. The norns love to play with this.
Kite	Stefan Kuske	Click on the kite to make it fly. you get macro errors, but it injects and removes with no problems.
Norn Doll	LummoxJR	Injects wherever you want it. Works with no problems.
Doughboy	Spotling	This is a really cute cob. The norns love to carry him around. When you click on him, he wiggles and hops.
Sleepy Pony	Spirit	A cute toy pony with wings. This works great.
Apple Ball	Spirit	This works just like the ball does. Works great!

Food

Candy Apple Machine	Dr Smile	This holds 4 candy apples. You can choose where to put it. The removers don't seem to work.
Cotton Candy Machine	Dr Smile	This can be put wherever you like. The removers don't seem to work.
Chicken Soup	LummoxJR	This is a great cob! Give it to your sick norns. It sometimes takes 2 or 3 cups, but it works really well.
Grapevine	Stefan Kuske	This injects to the left of the jukebox. It works very well.
Ice Cream	Stefan Kuske	A nice cool treat for a hot day.
Pink Lemonade Machine	Sandra Linkletter	Injects right ouside of the kitchen. Works fine
Milk Bottles	Daniel Smallman	The baby norns really love these. Inject 3 or 4 and see. When they get empty, put them under the cow to refill them.
Strawberry Milkshake Machine	Stefan Kuske	This machine looks cool! After your norn has finished his or her shake, the glass disappears.
Radishes	dc13	They grow in the garden with the carrots and they bounce when dropped.. There is no cob remover.
Hyper Orange	Daniel Smallman	This orange will bring up your norn's lifeforce. It disappears after they eat it. Will not remove.
Love Banana	Daniel Smallman	This will make your norns want to mate. There is no remover.
Soup Pot	Daniel Smallman	The soup in this pot is very nutritious for your norns. Click on the pot, and the fire lights up underneath. to get rid of an uneaten bowl of soup, just click on it. Works perfectly.
Garden	Chris Aliotta	This is quite possibly the biggest cob there is. This injects all kinds of food down by the water tunnel. Your norns definately won't starve now. Works great.
Candy Cane	Spotling	Start the Christmas spirit early and give your Norns some of these candy canes. They will disappear after they are eaten.
Carrot Bowl	Spirit	This is a carrot in a Native American bowl. This will not remove.
Cheese Bowl	Spirit	Give your Norns some cheese in a pretty Native American bowl.This can't be removed.
Teapot and Teacup	dc13	The pot goes on the stove and the cups go where ever you want them. The remover does not work.
Lettuce	Spirit	This is some healthy food for your Norns. It goes where you want it and it works fine.
Orange Snack	Spirit	Here is a healthy snack. It goes where you want it and it also works fine.
Watermelon	Spirit	A whole melon and a slice. These will not remove.
Picnic Basket	Spirit	This is a picnic basket with an endless supply of food. Works great!
Wishing Pond	Spirit	This is a nice little wishing well. When the hand or a norn pushes this, they get an endless supply of cupcakes. Works great!

Music and Culture

Congas	Steerpike	You cab put these wherever you want them. Remover works fine. (No sound)
Banjo	Steerpike	You can place this wherever you want it. Works very well. (No sound)
Les Paul Guitar	Steerpike	Put it where you want it. Works fine. (No sound)
Ludwig	Steerpike	A Beethoven statue, that goes where you want it. Works fine.
Music Box	Steerpike	Put it where you want it. click on it, and it goes around, but has no sound. It will remove.
Paul McCartney	Steerpike	A statue of Paul that goes where you want it and works fine.
Saxophone	LummoxJR & Steerpike	If a norn that plays it is still unhappy, it will tell you that it's got the blues. Works fine. (No sound)

Miscellaneous

Bed	LummoxJR	This goes in the end of the kitchen. Works fine.
Electric Fan	Stefan Kuske	The norn that activates it will be cooled off on a hot day. Works fine.
Hootch Vendor	Steerpike	Put it where you want it. Can't remove it.
Lava Lamp	Steerpike	Goes where you want it. Just click on it to make it start up. Works fine.
Television	Stefan Kuske	Runs a show about what else? Albia. Just click on the TV to make it start up. Works fine
Cold Injection	Daniel Smallman	This knocks out those nasty colds in a hurry! It cured on of my norns that was at death's door. Just drop the syringe in front of your sick norn and they are injected.
Antibodies Injector Vendor	Daniel Smallman	This injects glucose and some other antibodies into your unwell norns. Put this vendor where your norns don't have access to it.
Power Injection	Daniel Smallman	This will put your norn's lifeforce up to around 100% Just drop the syringe in front of the norn that you want to inject.
Antibodies Injection	Daniel Smallman	A one dose treatment that will add glucose and other antibodies. Works well.
Cold Injector Vendor	Daniel Smallman	A machine with multi doses of cold medicine. Keep out of norns reach! works well.
Power Injection Vendor	Daniel Smallman	This machine has mult doses that will bring your norns lifeforce up to around 100%. Keep out of norns reach.
Happy Juice Vendor	Chris Aliotta	This juice will make your norns grin ear to ear. Works well
Force Field	Sparrow (Permission given in Readme no email available)	This is a fantastic cob! Inject this and you can keep Grendels out, isolate sick norns, or keep babies away from the general population.
Halloween Pack	Spirit	I know I am late on this, but I had to put it up anyway. This one is really cool. There is a ghost, a jack-o-lantern, a pumpkin patch, and a trick or treat bag.
Paw Paw Juice	Spirit	This good tasting juice comes in Native American pottery. this cob works great.
Play Pen	LummoxJR	This goes by the incubator. Put your babies in it so that they don't wander off. This works fine.
Tipi	Spirit	Give your Norns some history and culture. this cob works great.
Mystical Fairy	Spirit	This Fairy will put any norn within a close range in the "mood" this cob works fine.
Trellis	Spirit	This trellis has a pretty vine growing on it. You can put this wherever you wish. Works great!
Christmas Pack	Cyberlife	This is a small Christmas pack that includes, a snowman, reindeer, and a Christmas tree. Works very well!
Fairy Dragon	Spirit	This is a really cool looking dragon. Works great!

Plants

Feverfew Vendor	Steerpike	You can put this where ever you want. This can't be removed.
Herb Box	LummoxJR	This goes where ever you want it. Works fine.
Plant Pack 1	Daniel Smallman	You have your choice of several different plants to inject. Works great.
Bonsai Vendor	Spotling	This goes where ever you want it. Get some neat looking trees to set around.This cob works fine.
Clover	Spotling	This also goes where ever you want it. This also works great.
Herbal Orchid	Spirit	A pretty little flower to put anywhere. It won't remove though.
Sun Flower	Spirit	Another pretty flower to put where ever you want it. This won't remove.
