Welcome to my Privateer 2 Page.

This game is one of the best I ever played. This successor to "Elite" is complex space trading and fighting game. I played the original Privateer also but to me this game is even better. It has good story and very good graphics.

• Trade routes is a database of commodities prices on all planets in Privateer 2 universe. There is also a interactive version which you can download and read using MS Excell.
• On Speed page there are some solution for speed problems. This might help you run Privateer 2 on new machines.Updated on January 28th 2003.
• Tips'nTricks has some useful tricks for installing and running the game and also some solutions and tips for combat and playing the game.
• For all of you without manuals I created Control keys page.
• Ships page has information about the ships you'll meet in the game. Here are statistical info on all ships in the game.
• Ship Enhancements page is new and here is information about all the modules you can buy and install on your ship.
• I recently added the page about Pirate clans with some basic information about pirate clans you'll meet in the game.
• Weapons page has information on guns and missiles you can buy and install on your ship.
• Privateer 2 Forum is opened so you can ask advice and post your thoughts about the game and this site.
• Game Tactics page has the tips which were submitted to me by e-mail. Please don't hesitate to send me your tips.
• For surprises go to Special stuff . There are some abandonware downloads. Check it out.

• Privateer 2 patch can be downloaded if you CLICK HERE. It fixes some bugs in DOS version of the game. It will not work with De Luxe version!
• FreeLancer is a page I made for this game I eagerly expect because it'll be sort of sequel to Privateer 2. Unfortunately I havn't had the time to update the page lately but it still contains a lot of information.
