This is ... Kikwizard

This is Kikwizard is a collection of songs from what I eloquently call the "Kikwizard era".  It spans 3 albums:  The Spiral Staircase, The Fantastic Voyage, and The Next Trick.  What I wanted to do was a greatest hits collection of the exact album versions, but I soon realized that I wanted some of the songs to be the outtake versions (which are often more charming than the real versions of the songs).

1.  Drowning Surrender (lacking the orchestral sample and alternative mix)

2.  The Trip to Mandalaitar (original album version)

3.  Inky Suite (original album version)

4.  The All-Knowing (original album version) - but without the "introducing the fabulous, one of a kind. . ." intro like on Fantastic Voyage.

5.  The Black March (Take 1) - This one is a completely different take from the album version which was take 2 or called the "Organix Mix".  The version I chose for this greatest hits was often described by others as being a better version of the song, but I went against the grain and chose the 'Organix Mix' for the album.

6.  Equilibrium (original album version)

7.  Who Me?  (original album version)

8.  B B B (alternative take)  This song features no vocal (unlike the album version) and also is graced by Jeff Franklin  (Felix Sarco) on bass.  The song itself is almost identical to the album version.

9.  Insurance Resistance (original album version)

10. Noktura (original album version)

11. Tha Funk is On (original album version)

12. Waking Up (original album version) - obviously without the hidden track

13. Waltz of Seasons (original album version)

14. (Blow Up Your) Escalade  (original album version)

15. Elevator music of Drowning Surrender - an interesting throw in from the Fantastic Voyage sessions.
