1) There are very few pages about the original, and I wanted to do something different.

2) Some people do not have the sequal due to cost or hardware restraints or some other reason I can't think of.

3) Some people, like me, still play the original even though they have the sequal (MOO2). I encourage you to play the original, or pick it up somewhere, because it is still as good now as it was four or five years ago.
