| Garth was an Atlantean outcast, much like his mentor. Aquaman. Because of that, Aquaman took him in and raised him like
he was his own son. Garth was rather unsure of himself, though, as is only natural, being
raised by such a tempermental man and was constantly joining up with people to belong. The
Teen Titans were his next effort, as was his relationship with Tula, or Aquagirl. She died in the Crisis, however, leaving him very much
alone. After that, Garth wandered for quite some time before Atlan
the wizard brought Garth to him and taught him more effective uses of his powers and, more
importantly, to trust himself and act with confidence. He recently married Dolphin after getting her pregnant. |
