Brought together because of their distinct talents and abilities, the eight members of SPECTRUM are prepared to take the superhero business into the next century. Under the leadership of mentalist Hannah White (WHITE) and former RCMP officer, now-cyborg Tyrone Smith (BLACK), the team members combine their powers to answer the threats of villian, spy and jaywalker alike.
