SILENT HILL: THE SEWERS

To the Sewers

Exit the hospital make a left and go straight, only to find out that your path has been blocked.  Go up the stairs in front of you, and make you equip you Hunting Rifle as you are about to face Boss #3.

BOSS FIGHT: ADULT GRUB, MOTH

Aren't kicking yourself over the head for not killing the Grubworm when you had the chance.  Well, it evolved and wants to kick you butt.   This boss will shoot poison balls at you, and if you get too close it will sting you with the stinger on the end of its tail. So run around alot and whenever possible turn around and fire. This boss is very simple so if you're lucky you won't even have to use a health drink or first aid kit.  Oh man, the Sirens are back, and you guessed it, you're back in the regular Silent Hill. 

Regular Silent Hill: to the waterworks

Make your way back to the Old Silent Hill ( to the drawbridge).   Before leaving this area of Silent Hill, check out the Secrets and Side areas section for some other places you can explore.  Now tht you are at the Waterworks, break the padlock on the fence gate with your hammer or the axe and enter, and go down the ladder.

2. Health Drink *2
3. Handgun bullets *2
4. Shotgun Shells
5. Sewer Map
6. First aid Kit
7. Sewer Exit Key.

As you're running down the long hallway, notice that the RADIO DOES NOT WORK IN THE SEWERS, great huh?  go all the way down the hallway.  Make a left and to the left side.  You'll come up to a dead end and pick up the (1) Rifle shells that are at the end and go back.  At the first intersection, make a left and and another left and keep going until you hit another dead end.  Pick up the (2) Health drink, (3) handgun bullets, and the (4) shotgun shells, and go back. Stay to the left and crossover to the right side and back to the left again at the next opportunity.   Keep going to towards the right side of the screen, until you hit a gate with a "keep out" sign, and enter the gate.  Go around the huge tank and up the ramp and keep going until you see a table.  Pick up the (5) sewer map and save your game.  Find your way back to the original tunnel you used to enter the sewers, and continue past that and use the sewer key to enter the gate.  Stay to the left, using the blue grate as a bridge, an the end of the left pathway, pick up the (6) first aid kit, and get onto the right side path and up the ladder.  Go into the right side of the 1st intersection on the map, and pick up the (2) health drink and the (3) handgun bullets.   Go east on the 1st intersection all the way down until the gate just before the ladder on the bottome right.  Go west through the gates, and at the dead end, pick up the (7) sewer exit key and retrace your way back to the gate in front of the ladder.   Unlock the door, save your game and climb the ladder to the surface.
