Kuching, Sarawak
For all you geographically challenged people, Kuching is located in Malaysia on the island of Borneo. Kuala Lumpur is located on what is known as mainland Malaysia. The island of Borneo is half Malaysia and half Indonesia.
Borneo is probably best known for the tribes of headhunters (the Iban), massive rain forests, and the location of the wealthiest country in the world, Brunei. Oh, and it’s a very popular place for the Japanese loggers.
