Serpent Strikes is a study of the global reach of the Inter Services Intelligence Directorate. It is study in four volumes with Volume One spelling out the organisation of the Inter Services Intelligence Directorate and the Pakistani mindset which thereafter lends itself to the compulsions which are forcing the Pakistan to target India. Volume One also spells out in details the ongoing insurgencies with proof of the Inter Services Intelligence Directorate's involvement. It also brings out details of the foreign links like the Nepalese, Bangladesh and Thailand.

Volume Two gives details of the efforts of the Inter Services Intelligence Directorate to spread their tentacles into India and the organisations which are helping her. The Volume also gives the modus operendi of the financing of the operations using the Narcotics. It also gives in details of the rising fundamentalism through out India and the use of the madrassas to rabidise the Muslim population. Details of Madrasas are given state and district wise along with the changing demographic pattern. An attempt has also been made to spell out the likely locations of the cells set up by the Inter Services Intelligence Directorate

Volume Three gives details of the thrust of the Inter Services Intelligence Directorate into East Asia. To help the reader of the way the events are developing, and are likely to further develop, details of the countries' geography, history and social conditions have also been spelt out. The details have been worked out separately for Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Myanmar.

Volume Four is a study of the thrust of the Inter Services Intelligence Directorate to the West. The countries include, Afghanistan, the Central Asian States, Xingjaing (Sinkiang)-China, Kosovo, Bosnia, Chechnya and Dagestan. The methodology followed is the same as in Volume Three
