Mentor Program
It is important for new members to feel comfortable with the Toastmasters Communication and Leadership Program and the group. Our Mentor Program is designed to help new members feel more at ease and to set them up for success by providing them guidance in their organization and delivery of their first three speeches in the basic manual.
The Mentor Program combines a new member with a seasoned club member to assist with explaining and interpreting rules and guidelines of the club. New members are assigned a mentor from a pool of volunteers. For more information on the Mentor Program, or about becoming or obtaining a mentor, contact the Vice-President of Education and Vice-President for Membership.
