HOME OFFICES
More and more people are working from home, thus setting up a home office. However, if you do not need one, why set one up? It just takes up more space you can use for something else, and adds more clutter than you need. What you may need is a portable workstation.
The positives of portable workstations are the luxury of taking your home office with you. You can take it with you while eating breakfast, watching TV, or sitting on the balcony. Just like a laptop, your portable workstations are handy and mobile. There are many options you can consider;
- A portable desk, can be stored or hung on the wall to double as a useful magnetic board.
- A tool tote wrapped around a simple storage container is an easy way to fashion a holder for basic office supplies such as pens, paper clips, and envelopes.
- You can also use a toolbox, a garden basket, or a hatbox to keep supplies organized and to reduce desktop clutter.
- You can buy a plastic paper organizer that sits under your printer to store all of your stationary. Keep an extra tray handy for recycled paper. That way you can easily find miscellaneous scraps of paper to jot down notes.
