PREFACE
Most fans (and writers) of Stargate Fanfiction don't have any military
experience. This glossary is intended to provide the detail-oriented
fan-fiction writer with some basic information about the gear and
miscellanea that SG Teams may encounter. It now includes some minor information about Russian equipment and other "neat to know" stuff. (More coming)
Three types of entries are provided:
1. Equipment or concepts exclusive to the show.
2. Real world items seen in Stargate SG-1 (So noted and a specific episode
where it was seen.)
3. Real world equipment that might logically appear in the Stargate
Universe (So noted when it hasn't been seen...).
