There is this guy named Jubei, he somehow
end up with the rebellion, fighting the bad guys(government). He finds out that
the 'boss' of those bad guys want to revenge himself on.
If you want violent stuff, this is probably
the movie that you should watch. Yeah, there is some okay story lines behind it.
Music and artwork are good. It is quite a worthwhile anime for you to watch.
