 Segment One Tasks:
Task 1: Homeward Bound
Duration: 72 Hours
Value: $2
Description:  The 16 players who were accepted to play the game were e-mailed their first task: they had to solve clues to locate the message board where the game would take place.  If all players could arrive at the board and post that they had arrived in 24 hours $2 would be added to the pot.  If they all arrived within 48 hours, only one dollar would be added.  Anyone who did not show up by the time 72 hours had passed would be removed from the game.
Status: Failed
Notes: All of the players arrived, but Emma did not post saying she had done so, therefore no money was won.  Stephen was first to arrive, Emma was last.

Task 2: One Does Not Belong
Duration: 72 Hours
Value: $1, Single Execution
Description:  When the players arrived they found that there were 17 people claiming to e participating in the game, instead of sixteen.  One was an imposter; practice for finding the Traitor if you will.  The players had to decide amongst themselves who was real, and who was a fraud.
Status: Failed
NotesAcura, Royann, Lloyd, Emma, Peter and Adam were popular suspects.  The groups decision was done by a majority vote.  There was a tie in the first vote so a tiebreaker was done between Peter and Lloyd.  There was another tie so a mini task was performed.  All those lucky enough to be online were notified that the next accusation posted on the board would decide the tie.  Tara, Andy and Joey all posted Lloyd.  Unfortunately for them, Lloyd was real.  At the execution Peter was revealed as the true poser.

Task 3: Picture Perfect
Duration: 48 Hours
Value: $1
Description:  The players were asked to post a picture of themselves in the Photos section of the message board.  If all 16 players had their picture posted within 24 hours $2 would be received, but only one if they could do it under 48.
Status: Failed
NotesAcura, Allison, Jasmine and Kristina all failed to post their photo within 24 hours.

Side Task: Alien 1
Duration: Segment 1
Value: $2
DescriptionPeriodically a small picture of an Alien is hidden on the website.  The player who finds it first gets two choices. 1) Add $2 to the group pot - OR - 2) Minus $1 from the pot, and the player who finds it gets an exemption.
Status: Failed
Notes: The Alien was located by Dottie on the Final Words page.  She chose to take the exemption over the two dollars.  $1 was subtracted from the pot, sending the pot into the negative.

 Segment Two Tasks:
Task 4: What's In A Name?
Duration: 24 Hours
Value: $1
Description:  A database was created in the Y! Group for each of the players to post their names, age, e-mail, contacts and other information for all to view.
Status: Failed
Notes: All of the players completed this simple task, with the exception of Jasmine, who offered no excuse.

Task 5: Me, Myself & I
Duration: 48 Hours
Value: $2, Single Execution
Description:  The players were given an interview to fill out for posting on the website.  The interview was in HTML script, and had to be returned in the original, working HTML.

Task 6: Apple Of My Application

Value: $1
Description:  A list of quotes taken from the players applications were placed on the Group board.  The players had to guess who said what.  The player who could guess the most correctly won.

Side Task: Alien 2

 Segment Three Tasks:
Task 7: Reference Me
Duration: 24 Hours
Value: Exemption
Description:  Two players would receive exemptions due to this game.  All they had to do was get another player to reference them to the host.  The catch was that anyone who referenced someone would not be eligible for an exemption.
NotesLloyd and Andy successfully referenced Joey and Tara for exemptions.  Stephen referenced Mike, but it was too late.

Task 8: Picking Up The Pieces
Duration: 48 Hours
Value: $3, Single Execution
Description:  This was a long involved task that required team effort as well as individual cunning.  The day began with each of the thirteen players receiving a piece of a puzzle that looked like more like a wavy design than anything else.  After the pieces began to accumulate it was apparent that it was more than a simple picture, it was in fact a web address.  The address lead them to a page full of letters, one of the 1000 letters held the password to finish the task, and they had to find it.
Status: Passed
Notes: This task was very well done, taking the players only 12 hours to complete.  Tara discovered the page first but did not disclose it to the others for a while.  The correct password was FIDDLER, the first to send it in received a bonus point on the quiz.  Joey, Tara and Adam sent in the password, but not before Kristina, who won the point.

Task 9: Puzzling for Profiles
Duration: 48 Hours
Value: $0.40
Description:  Each of the players was sent two different picture puzzles.  If the player could solve one correctly, they would receive the ability to unlock another player's profile on the website.  If they solved both correctly they would win the choice of blocking their own profile from being posted, or adding a dime to the pot.
Status: Passed
Notes: All of the players but Brian, Jasmine and Joey sent in answers for their puzzles.  Everyone but Allison got both correct (she got one.)  Andy, Dottie, Emma, Kristina, Dan and Lloyd chose to block their profiles.  Tara, Adam, Mike and Stephen chose to add the dime.  Adam, Joey, Brian and Stephen's profiles were posted as a result of the remaining choices.

Side Task: Alien 3
Duration: Segment 3
Value: $2
DescriptionPeriodically a small picture of an Alien is hidden on the website.  The player who finds it first gets two choices. 1) Add $2 to the group pot - OR - 2) Minus $1 from the pot, and the player who finds it gets an exemption.
Status: Passed
Notes: The Alien was located by Andy on the Puzzle page, on the 1000th link.  Since he referenced Tara during Task 7 he was not eligible for an exemption, so $2 was added to the pot.

 Segment Four Tasks:
Task 10: e-Chicken
Duration: 24 Hours
Value: $7
Description:  The player's were given a digital pet, an e-Chicken.  Their task was to keep this chicken alive for two days.  Their only responsibility was to feed it.  It had to be fed at least once every two hours, but it could also be over fed, so if it received more than once an hour, it would die, and the task would be lost.  To feed the chicken one player had to e-mail the host with "Chicken Feeding Time" and the current time.
Status: Failed
Notes: Dan fed the chicken first, but is was not fed again for 2 and a half hours when Adam fed it.  The poor chicken, named Mini-Ron by the players did not live, so no money was added to the pot.

Task 11: Gotta List 'Em All
Duration: 48 Hours
Value: $4
Description:  A simple task with a special twist.  The team had to compile a list of everyone who ever participated in the American versions of Survivor, Big Brother and The Mole.  If they could do that, they would win $2.  As a bonus, if the players could name the possible substitute for Big Brother the winnings would be doubled.
Status: Failed
Notes: A valiant effort was made by all players, but no list was received by the deadline, so no money was added.

Side Task: Deal With The Devil
Duration: Segment 4
Value: $1
Description:  To this point the players have been looking for the special exemption bringing Alien to turn up on the website.  But what happens when a demon appears?  Finding the demon is like finding the Alien, it offers the discoverer a choice that would help them, and hinder the group.  But this game is a little more complicated.  The player who finds the demon receives two choices.  One is to add money to the pot and win bonus points, but at the same time causing a double execution.  The second is to stop the double execution, but it could cost the group money from the pot or the player demerit points on the quiz.
Status: Passed
Notes: This demon offered Dan a Double Execution and a dollar added to the pot with a bonus point for them, or a single execution with a dollar taken from the pot and a demerit point for them.  He chose to add the dollar and take the Double Execution.

Side Task: Trout Slapping
Duration: Random
Value: Reward
Description:  The players enter a chat room.  The first name of a player to be entered into the room will be out of the game.  The cycle continues until only two players remain, and the removed players enter the name of the player they want to win.

Status: Failed
Notes: The group did not solve the puzzle within 24 hours so no money was added, and they still have not uncovered the clue either.

Task 13: Hunt Or Be Hunted
Duration: 48 Hours
Value: $5
Description:  The majority of the group was only notified that "Task 13" had begun.  They were given no indication of what to expect for this game.  Little did they know that they now had more than just a Traitor to look out for, they had a killer on their hands.  The Hunter was decided by a hidden aspect of the Segment 4 Trout Slapping game.  The Hunter had too eliminate the other players from the task by saying "BANG" to them in an instant message or a replied e-mail.  For every player left standing at the end of the 48 hour period 50 cents was added to the pot.  However if the Hunted could eliminate everyone, s/he would win an exemption from the next quiz.
Status: Failed
