Raft - Transister

Transister - two blokes and a totally cool rock chick singing songs that will send shivers down your spine. Get a blast of their big guitars, huge tunes, and fragile vocals on the Transister website. Keely Hawkes must surely have the most perfect tonsils in music today. In fact, when she sings Look Who’s Perfect Now... she is of course. As for the two blokes, well Eric Pressly and Gary Clark need make no excuses for their musicianship. The debut album, Transister, is the product of what Gary calls a 'vicious' studio technique, yet they managed to get a backwards sample of Debussy in there somewhere (Satanist Alert!!!)... Transister are definitely a band to get hung up on.
