Vox Online - Transister
The Transister is a North American rock band formed
by Kelly (voice), Eric (Bass) and Gary (Guitar). They have met in
a Los Angeles bar and recorded a demo. Then they made a contract
with a publishing company in no time at all. This first album has
eleven tracks one of which is the single 'Look Who's Perfect
Now' which deserved remixes by Howie B and Luke Slater. Besides
this first album, the band also made two songs for Soundtracks:
'House To Myself' written specially for the movie 'Nightwatch'
with Ewan Mcgregor; and 'I Saw Red' which is in the album
and in the movie 'Wild Things' with Matt Dilon. For now
the plans are to play live and so far everything is going well,
as they supported Headswim, Dandy Warhols and Smashing Pumpkins.
