Besides the study of romance languages I have always had a profound interest in Cultural Anthroplogy. I believe that all human beings are more alike than different. It is much easier to know other cultures once we open up our hearts and minds. I have friends from all over the world, this makes me a very rich individual indeed. I would like to thank each and every person that has touched my life and enriched my understanding. This page is dedicated to them. My global village includes people from the continents of America, (all of it from Canada to Tierra del Fuego) Europe,Asia and Africa. I would like to invite anyone reading this to make friends with someone from a different culture than yours. You might be surprised by what you have in common.

Although I have had the wonderful opportunity to travel to several countries there are still quite a few that I would like to visit. My favorite site links allow me to take a virtual tour. Many of the sites were found by surfing the web.Some of these sites are viewable in more than one language.If you are asked to download fonts for a different language just click no or close the dialog box and continue in English. The musuem sites are well done and while it is never the same as standing in front of a painting or work of art the internet allows us to see things on-line that we would never have been able to do just a few short years ago.
