Central IndiaThis region of India has only two major state,
Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, which are surrounded by seven States,
known as the heart of India. This place is known for its verdant forests
which are rich in flora and fauna. These forests are also the shelter
for ancient tribes. These tribes produce a variety of artistically

Central India has one third of India's forests and hence numerous natural parks and sanctuaries, including Kanha and Bandhavgarh. Central India is a land of river valleys, dense forests and rolling plains. Vindhya and Satpura ranges are famous hilly area of this region. Central India is famous for its certain places like superb fort in Gwalior, Mandu, marble rocks in Jabalpur, the legendary cities of Ujjain and Buddhist site at Sanchi. This state of Madhya Pradesh in Central India is also proudly possess the spectacular temples at Khajuraho. These temples of Khajuraho are known in all over the world for their sheer beauty and masterpiece of art work on stone and erotic figures running through a whole Kamasutra. There are two famous rivers running fastly in this region are Narmada and Rapti. In the state of Chattisgarh the Malwa region is rich in wheat, cotton, teak, rosewood, ebony and saal forest. These forests have wild animals like tiger, bison, deer and panther. Two famous wildlife sanctuaries Kanha and Bandhavgarh are also situated in this region. There are lots of famous tourist attractions in Central India and some of the attractions are ancient fortress of Gwalior, the Impressive Jai Vilas Palace, Sas Bahu temple, Teli Ka Mandir and the Chaturbhuj Temple.
