Hopefully everybody will arrive in Bourg St. Maurice on the night of the 11^th of June. We're aware that this year the arrival (and departure times) of people are more sporadic and hence we hope to have evryone by Monday 13th June at the very latest. 

Below is a list of the rivers we hope to hit. We’re gonna be super-flexible on where we stay but it’ll probably be Briançon, Bourg-St-Maurice and L’Argentiere. Rivers up to Grade 3+ may be considered for the whole group but this will depend on lots of other factors. Rivers above this are for the foolhardy!

Sorry that we can’t be more specific with times/dates/locations but there are simply too many factors out of our control that we can only decide once there.

Car-thority & Car-thocracy

This year we are introducing the concept of a car-thocracy which is that there are simply too many people for the leaders to co-ordinate on a one-to-one basis. Hence, when in the Alpes, we will ask for a representative from each car for an evening meeting. This person is to be the same each night and is not to be the driver or a leader. The purpose of the meeting is to disseminate information, especially regarding the trip on the following day. We will give the time and place (making sure everyone knows the put in) and it will be up to each car to be there at the correct time. This reduces the hassle of co-ordinating about 45 people and may help reduce faffage.
