How do I register with the bot?

If you have never registered with the bot before, then all you need to do after joining the channel is:

/msg uncawuff hewwo
/msg uncawuff pass PasswordYouWant

The bot will create a new user record, and set up your password. Now that it knows who you are, it won't message you when you join.

Can I get help from the bot while on IRC?

Yes; type:

/msg uncawuff help

The bot doesn't recognise me, but I already registered!

You might have changed your ident, or ISP, or maybe the Furnet servers are having trouble resolving your IP address into a name today. To make the bot recognise you from your new address, assuming that you have the same nick you used to register originally, type:

/msg uncawuff ident password

If you have a different nickname, then you will need to tell the bot what your original nickname was:

/msg uncawuff ident password nickname

The bot should then identify you as being you.

How do I change my password?

/msg uncawuff pass oldpassword newpassword

Can I see who's on the channel?

Yes:

/msg uncawuff who #babyfurs

will list all the users on channel, and some information about them if they have chosen to provide any.

What information can I find out about people?

If you type:

/msg uncawuff whois targetuser

it will list any information about themselves they have chosen to provide, and also tell you when they were last seen on the channel.

Can I find out when someone was last around in channel?

Yes:

/msg uncawuff seen targetuser

How can I change the information that people see about me in my whois?

To set your info line, a brief line of text that appears in the who and whois outputs:

/msg uncawuff info yourpassword the info line you want to set

To set other fields, shown only by whois:

/msg uncawuff fieldname value

The fields supported are EMAIL URL BF GF ICQ AIM YAHOO MSN JABBER. For example:

/msg uncawuff email fake@email.com

How can I read and delete my notes?

To read a note, or all notes if you don't specify a number:
