This section will contain links to the vast number of Buddhist resources, websites, portals available on the World Wide Web that the society generally finds useful, helpful, ...

  • Buddhanet.net (Buddhist Information Network) contains a wealth of information on Buddhism and beautifully designed. Almost the first stop for anyone delving into Buddhism.
  • MITRA Intervarsity Buddhist Network - the network of Australian tertiary Buddhist societies. It contains valuable information to help out tertiary student Buddhist societies in Australia.
  • Dharma The Cat is the official site of "Dharma The Cat" cartoons written and maintained by David Lourie and illustrated by Ted Blackall. The cartoons are humorous and allegorical accounts of three characters a Buddhist cat, Dharma, a novice monk, Bodhi, and a mouse, Siam. It's also a wonderful site of not just Buddhist wisdom but also of other religions or faiths.
  • Dr. Peter Friedlander's Home Page Dr. Friedlander teaches a distance course on the history of Indian Buddhism entitled "Buddhism Past and Present" at Latrobe University. His site contains many useful links, references, lecture notes and audio recordings, and materials on Buddhism, resources that are mostly used in his course. We hope that he will be a MUBSS guest speaker in the not too distant future.
