The following Non-Player Characters are characters whom have had some significant impact upon the story of the USS Vanquish but are not members of the USS Vanquish crew as such. The format below is slightly different to the other pages in the crew section as only some of these characters will have bio's and they don't always show up in every episode. After each character, there is a list of episodes they appeared in and if they have a bio, it is here that the link can be found.



William Polov
Ex-Defence Fleet Commanding Officer
William Polov once carrie the rank of Rear Admiral within starfleet, being in command of Defence Fleet Triage, a fleet that wasnormally assigned to guarding the Federation from any further Breen attacks. He is not known for his subtler diplomatic skills, shooting first, asking questions later. In 2379, he led the fleet to the Gamma Quadrant to prevent a Dominion Invasion that was to never occur. Instead, because of his nature, he ended up attacking the IDIC Gamma Project and Defence Force Esprit, convinced that they were being controlled by Shape Shifters. He was wrong and ended up facing part of his fleet turning against him before he was arrested for disobeying starfleet orders. However, en route to Earth for his court martial, William Polov escaped and has yet to be seen or heard of again.

Commodore Dai Rees

Defence Fleet Commanding Officer
Commodore Dai Rees is in command of Defence Force Illustrious, the Defence Force that was built to replace Defence Force Triage on the Breen border after the Breen incursion in 2379. He oversee's the fleet of 45 vessels from his flagship, the USS Vanguard. Prior to his promotion to Commodore in 2379, Dai Rees wass in command of the USS Illustrious, a Sovereign class starship that was assigned to Defence Force Triage. Dai is also the younger brother of Fleet Captain Richard Rees (Richard is two years his senior).

Commodore Eric Weiss

Defence Fleet Commanding Officer
Commanding Officer of Defence Fleet Esprit, his flagship is the USS Ticonderoga, a Prometheus class starship. The Commodore used to command Task Force One in 2377, a force that several of the crew of the USS Vanquish once served within. In 2379, Commodore Eric Weiss was believed to have been replaced by a Changeling, though this was proved to be false.

Commodore Athena Vere

Project Commanding Officer
Commanding Officer of the IDIC Gamma Project, based at the Space Station Juno (Jupitar class) in the Gamma Quadrant. The USS Vanquish was for a short time assigned to the IDIC Gamma Project under her direction. In 2379, Commodore Vere, like Commodore Weiss, was believed to have been replaced by a Changeling, though this too was false.

Steven Rayne
Head of Rayne Terraforming
Steven Rayne is the head of Rayne Terraforming, a company that he bought from his father and has moved it's main base of operations to the Gamma Quadrant. Steven Rayne is also the elder brother of Jasmine Rees.

Admiral Wiles

Starfleet Admiral
Admiral Wiles was responsible for assembling and leading the Task Force that went to the Breen border in Triages absence during the Breen incursion of 2379. He also presided over the wedding of Richard Rees to Jasmine on Lysander VIII just after the conflict.

Lieutenant Commander Lucy Rees

Chief Intelligence Officer
Lucy is the Chief of Intelligence onboard the Akira class vessel, the USS Maelstrom. She is also Richard Rees younger sister (5th eldest sibbling). Lucy, in her position as Chief of Intelligence on the Maelstrom was privy to certain classified information, including information on the Romulans and a dissentary fraction forming within the Federation.
