 
	
		- We listen to you.
- We complete all necessary Court documents.
- We file and arrange for service of all relevant documents.
- Where the claim is for unfair dismissal we will check that employees are entitled to bring the claim that they have first completed the qualifying period of employment and also whether you are an exempt employer or not.
- We advise on what evidence and documents may assist your defence.
- We obtain preliminary legal advice (at no further cost to you,) from a Barrister.
- We arrange for your claim to be settled or to be Conciliated.
- We organise (at no further cost to you) an experienced person (usually a Barrister,) to attend the Conciliation, to advise you on settlement and to conduct all negotiations on your behalf.
- We give you advice that will help reduce or avoid the chance of you incurring fines. Fines of up to $10,000 can be imposed. Additional fines can be imposed where there has been a failure to notify CentreLink in certain circumstances.
- We ensure that any settlement is properly documented.
- We charge a single agreed set fixed fee.
