To get to the Mustang Trails & Cottonwood Valley, take I-15 South to Hwy. 160 west (Death Valley & Red Rock Exit). Continue 16 miles to the Mustang Trailhead (on left). Keep a look out for parked cars/trucks for there no signs at this time that show exactly where these parking lots are, but you can see them from the road. Both of these areas are in the same general area (North and South side of 160) and all the trails link/join at one point or another. Good luck and have fun!!
To Get to Red Rock Scenic Drive, Take I-15 North to 95 west to Summerlin Pkwy. The first exit is Buffalo. Go left 2 miles to Charleston Blvd. Go right on Charleston for 9 miles to the scenic drive.
