This is the first area that I (Eric) rode when I moved here to Las Vegas back in July of 2000. The Mustang Trail is a local favorite. With minimal climbs and gradual descents, this rolling trail provides the best views of the Red Rock cliffs and valleys. It gets very hot out here in the summer, so I would suggest a lot of water, and if you can, ride early or late afternoon. Great climate during the winter months. Oh yeah! ... You will from time to time see the wild Mustangs, very cool.
