As are the Mustang Trails, the Grape Ape is also located on the north side of 160. Grape Loop was named after Grapvine Spring which is located near the Eastern point of the trail. The ride starts from the Mustang Trail parking lot and climbs toward the Wilson Cliffs. Though the climbs are minimal, the technical part of this trail is very similar to East Coast riding.
