ANTI-VIOLENCE PROJECT OF VICTORIA

A new AVP Violence Reporting Service will be launched as part of our new web site: www.antiviolence.info

The Speak Out! campaign, which was launched during Community Safety Week last year continues and is supported by many businesses in & around the gay & lesbian areas of Melbourne (please email for more information)
The AVP's Violence Reporting Service is a continuing initiative & will be further developed & enhanced.

To urgently report violence - especially recent violence, situations in progress, or when people are in immediate danger
please call Victoria Police on 000
& then report the incident of violence to us at the AVP
(either via our Violence Reporting Form or via email)

We will liaise with the police through the coordinator of Gay & Lesbian Liaison Officers, Acting Sergeant Melinda Edwards who can be contacted during office hours on (03) 9247 6944, (03) 9247 6666 or 0414 181 403.
