Harthfelt Hold
Located where the wild jungle of Southern growth joins the soaring heights of Mount Iris the gatherers of medicinal herbs and plants have the best of foraging. A series of natural caverns contain the Hold proper. In one cavern you find long drying tables with rows upon rows of plants and herbs hanging over head. This is not a cavern in the proper sense of caverns but more like a crater inverted. Nobody has been able to explain this phenomena. But the center of the cavern was open to the sun. There were two other caves the Hold occupied. One was the living quarters and the other, a hours ride from the first two, was use for the brewing and stewing of medicinal and also the schooling those persons desiring to become healers. Fields of various plants and herbs are maintained around the Hold.

Holder Valadis, quite capable of handling the various emergencies that called upon her Hold to answer, is 39 and has long brown hair with tinges of gray. Her eyes are green. She is single and many of her people despair that she will never have an heir to pass on the Holdings. There have been attempts to mate her and it is common knowledge that some of the outlying Holds would like to have a son marry her in order to obtain Harthfelt through marriage. Plots and plans by not only others but her on people to mate her have Valadis wary.

Various healers, students, and families are yet to offer personas.
