Don Keo: King of Planet Amiga, and an unjust one. He keeps 3 minions beside him, Ziguel, Veijan, and Ledgic, and forces the people to pay extremely high rents. This forces the people on the planet to either go into poverty, or become greedy business men out to rip others off to make lots of money. After Goku defeats Ledgic, Don Keo's strongest bodyguard, Don Keo is dethroned, and the people are freed from his rental fees.
Appearances: Episodes 3-5, 63.

Gill (a.k.a. Giru): Serial number DD4649T200RS, Goku named him "Gill", after the sound he keeps making cause he couldn't remember name like that serial number. The team finds him on Planet Amiga and he eats the Dragon Radar. Later turns into one himself, so the team takes him along as the forth member. We later discover that he was created by Dr. Myuu on Planet M2 to infiltrate and get the Dragon Balls. But Gill becomes their friend, and betrays Dr. Myuu. For the rest of the series he is either just the robot friend, or the Dragon Radar.

Ledgic (a.k.a. Reijik): The strongest bodyguard Don Keo hired, but does not take orders. He fights for the sake of testing his own strength only. He fights Goku using red ki, and various weapons he produces out of his body. He was defeated by Goku, and left Don Keo's staff hoping to win the next fight with Goku.
Appearances: Episodes 4-5.
Attacks: Renzoku Energy Dan, Red Ki Missiles (Not Named), and Red Ki Beam (Not Named).
Fights
Goku: Was beating him until Goku went Super Saiya-jin. Then lost when his Red Ki Beam was overpowered by Goku's Kamehameha.

Ziguel: The short brown bearded minion of Don Keo.
Appearances: Episodes 4-5, and 63.
Attacks: One Handed Beam (Not Named).

Veijan: The white skinned female minion of Don Keo.
Appearances: Episodes 4-5, and 63.
Attacks: One Handed Beam (Not Named).

Leene: The girl on Zuunama's World that was chosen to be married to Zuunama. She's in love with someone named Domma, but Zuunama demanded a bride or he'll destroy the village with his so-called earthquake making antennae.
Appearances: Episodes 7-8, and 63.

Domma: The guy that's in love with Leene on Zuunama's World. He also goes on the mission where the team goes to get Zuunama drunk and cut off his antennae with a giant pair of scissors so he can no longer cause earthquakes. Domma is the one that manages to cut off one antenna with the scissors.
Appearances: Episodes 7-8, and 63.

Godama: The village elder of the village on Zuunama's World. He also tells the GT team of their story of Zuunama.
Appearances: Episodes 7-8, and 63.

Zuunama: The monster that's been terrorizing a village. He causes earthquakes by waving his antannae, and blackmails the village with those powers. When the GT team arrives, he was demanding a bride, so they help the villagers. Pan decides to cut off his antennae, and to replace the bride (Leene) with Trunks. They later discover that Zuunama only has the powers to detect earthquakes, and was conning them. In the end, he's apologetic, and the village accepts him. As long as he works, and warns them of earthquakes.

Bon Para: Biggest and the leader of the Para Brothers. Steals a Dragon Ball from the GT team, and leads them into Planet Beefay. There, the Paras use their weird telepathic powers to make the GT team dance against their will leaving them defenceless. Later, when Goku was fighting Lude, the Paras also reveal their ability to send telepathic messages, but in Do-Wop.
