Son Para: The short chubby one of the Para Brothers. Has the telepathic powers to make people dance, and to communicate by thought using Do-Wop.

Don Para: The skinny one of the Para Brothers. Has the same powers as his other two brothers.

Lude (a.k.a Ruudo): The God of Destruction the people of Planet Lude worship. A big statue, but later turns out to be a robot built by Dr. Myuu that runs on bio-energy absorbed from people by turning them into dolls (then putting the dolls in a big pot). Destroyed by Goku and Pan, but they had to hit his heart at the same time.

Appearances: Episodes 9-14.

Forms: Statue, Level 2 Energy (Yellow Baby-like), and Level 3 Energy (Red).

Attacks: Can spin arms like propeller, and shoot high powered lasers from his eyes to blow stuff up.

Fights

Goku, Trunks, and Pan: Fought Goku and Trunks, but couldn't be defeated. Then Pan discovers the weakness from Doll Tucky, and she and Goku had to blast the heart at the same time. Goku was on the outside, Pan was absorbed and on the inside. They communicated and got their timing through the Paras using their Do-Wop telepathy.

Cardinal Mutchy Motchy: Cardinal of the God, Lude, on Planet Lude. Armed with a whip, and able to make Lude turn people into dolls so their energy can be absorbed by Lude. Killed when Leon exploded.

Appearances: Episodes 9-11.

Leon: Cardinal Mutchy Motchy's giant mechanical lion. Destroyed by Goku when he blasted some rocks to fall on to it.

Appearance: Episode 11.

Mutchy: The true form of the whip of Cardinal Mutchy Motchy. Has whip arms and has the power to bring life to stone and control them. Killed by Trunks.

Appearances: Episodes 11-12.

Forms: As a whip, and as a fighter.

Attacks: Satanic Whip, and Energy Drain (Not Named).

Fights

Goku: Fought with him using various stone things brought to life. When Goku went SSJ, he resorted to draining his energy.

Trunks: Buried him under a bunch of stone slabs, but he eventually went SSJ to beat that. When Goku got in trouble, he finished Mutchy off in one blast.

Doll Tucky: The leader of the Lude religon on Planet Lude. He hasn't shown himself to the people of Lude for years, until the GT team arrives, but is said to have performed miracles when he first came. So the people became Lude followers. Doll Tucky actually has a doll fetish. He's taken quite a few cute girl dolls (transformed by Lude), and when Pan was turned into a doll, she became his favorite. It also turns out he works for a Dr. Myuu, and it was Myuu who built Lude to absorb bio energy by turning people into dolls. Later, Doll Tucky escapes the GT team, but is killed off by Rirudo under orders from Dr. Myuu.

Appearances: Episodes 12-15.

Dr. Myuu: The robot genius that creates Machine Mutants (Lude, Rirudo, etc) with the goal of conquering the universe. Discovers the existance of the Dragon Balls, and starts to seek them out to use them. He created Gill for that purpose, but was betrayed by him. Later, revealed to have found Bebi, and it was Bebi that gave him the machine mutant technology so Bebi can be revived. He was killed by Bebi after he was no longer useful. In Hell, he meets up with Dr. Gero and they create Hell Fighter #17 in order to merge with, and complete, Android #17, making Super 17. After that is done, Dr. Myuu betrays Dr. Gero by taking full control of Super 17 and having him kill Dr. Gero off. Later, Dr. Myuu is killed by Super 17 when he calls him a coward for hesitating to kill Android #18.

Appearances: Episodes 13-22, 42-47.

Rirudo: Works for, and created by Dr. Myuu. A machine mutant with the rank of Shogun, he is in charge of Planet M2. When fighting, he can fire a blast from his mouth that turns things/people into metal. He can also combine with the Mega Cannon Sigma for a superior form. He can also combine with the metal he creates, merging with it in a liquidous state, and controlling all of it at his whim. Rirudo is killed by the combined blasts of Goku, Trunks, and Pan. Later, he escapes from Hell, fights Gohan managing to turn an arm and a leg of his into metal, but Ubuu kills him with a blast.

Appearances: Episodes 14-21, 23, 43-44.

Forms: Normal, Hyper Mega Rirudo (combined with EC4), and Metallic Rirudo (combined with all metal; not named).

Attacks: All Forms: Metal Mouth Blast (Not Named); Normal: Able to fire out his fist and have it come back; Hyper Mega: Hyper Mega Rirudo Punch, and Kikou; Metallic: Energy Needles (Not Named)

Fights:

Goku: Fought with him until he turned him and Pan into metal slabs. Later tried to prevent GT team from escaping by holding on to their spaceship, so the whole team blasted him.

Gohan: Was chasing Pan and Mr. Satan, but Gohan jumped into the rescue. Turned an arm and a leg into metal, and Ubuu finished Rirudo off with a single blast.

Red Mega Cannon Sigma: The red leader of the Mega Cannon Sigma. He also the one that looks like the most normal humanoid (i.e. not big, not short, etc). Also, the Mega Cannon Sigma can mechanically fuse to one, Super Mega Cannon Sigma.

Appearances: Episodes 16-19.

Goku: With two other Mega Cannon Sigmas, he fought Goku until he fused with the others.
