Hell Fighter #17 (a.k.a. Machine Mutant 17, New 17): The creation of Dr. Myuu with help from Dr. Gero. They built him so he can connect with Android #17 to rip a hole in Hell to Earth, and to combine with Android #17 to become Super 17, which does happen.

Appearances: Episodes 42-44.

Fights

Vegeta: Fought with him until Android #17 arrived to merge.

Freeza: Former evil emperor of the galaxy, defeated by Goku, and killed by Future Trunks. In GT, he is still in Hell, and is one of two bad guys that remained to entertain Goku.

Appearances: Episodes 42-45.

Attacks: Renzoku Energy Dan, Kienzan (Destructo Disk), Hell Blaster, and Freeza Beam.

Fights

Goku: Tried to kill him in Hell, but was defeated. Then, with Cell, used a Hell Buster to trap Goku in ice. But that eventually failed as well, and Goku turned the ice on to Freeza.

Cell: The former ultimate creation of Dr. Gero comprised of the DNA of Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Freeza, and King Kold. Killed by Gohan. In GT, he's the other to stay in Hell to entertain Goku. Even tried to absorb Goku, but failed. With Freeza, used Hell Buster, but eventually got trapped in ice himself.

Appearances: Episodes 42-45.

Attacks: Makenkosappo, Kamehameha, Taiyo-ken, Hell Blaster, and Kikou.

Goku: Tried to kill him in Hell, but was defeated. Then, with Freeza, used a Hell Buster to trap Goku in ice. But that eventually failed as well, and Goku turned the ice on to Cell.

Enma-daiousama (a.k.a. King Yama): The lord of the afterlife that determines whether you go to Heaven or Hell when you die.

Appearances: Episodes 43-45.

Super 17: The complete Android #17 Dr. Gero envisioned. It is the fusion of Android #17, and the Hell Fighter #17 that was built in Hell by Dr. Myuu. When the pair fused, it completed the parts in Android #17 making Super 17. He first beats up everyone, Vegeta, Gohan, Goten, Trunks, and Ubuu, while Goku was stuck in Hell. When Goku came to fight, Super 17 absorbed all his energy until Goku couldn't fight anymore. That's when Android #18 showed up to avenge Krillen. Super 17 kept hesitating to kill her, and killed Dr. Myuu instead when he called him a coward. Android #18 starts blasting him, and that's when Goku discovered his weakness and destroyed him.

Appearances: Episodes 44-47.

Attacks: Flash Bomber, Kikou, a gatling gun in his left arm, Ki Ball (Not Named), and Dengeki Jigoku Dama (Electric Hell Ball).

Fights

Vegeta, Gohan, Trunks, Goten, and Ubuu: Episodes 44-45; Super 17 beat them all up easily, Gohan fell in the first episode, then the 2nd, Goten, Trunks, Ubuu, and Vegeta was the last to fall, and Goku took over from there.

Goku: Episodes 45-47; fought while absorbing all energy attacks, was about to finish Goku off when #18 intervened. Goku used a Ryu Ken Bakuhatsu to punch a hole in Super 17, then a Kamehameha to vapourize him.

Android #18: Episode 47; jumped into the Goku fight, and started blasting to avenge Krillen until Goku finished him off.

Evil Dragon (Not Named): The Dragon that was summoned out of the cracked Dragon Balls. It refused to listen to the good guys, who wanted their wishes granted after the Super 17 things happened. The Dragon then ate the Dragon Balls and they were shot out each with a dark evil dragon shape carrying them off. That was it for this Evil Dragon.

Appearances: Episodes 47-48.

Ryan Shinlon (Two Star Dragon): The evil dragon created from the 2 star Dragon Ball. The wish that created him was the one in Dragon Ball, where Goku revived Bora, father of Upa. Ryan Shinlon's element is water, well, more like poison/pollution due to being negative/evil. When the team fights him, Pan gets the upper hand, but soon they lose their strength due to the poisons around. But the team finds a fresh water spring, revive their strength, and defeated Ryan Shinlon before the poisons took effect again.

Appearances: Episodes 48-49.

Attacks: Has poison to weaken people, and Shenlon Dragon Dai Shinru (Shenlon Dragon Big Quake).

Fights

Pan: Episode 49; she beat him up until the poisons took effect. After she and Goku reached fresh water, found by Gill, they revived and blasted Ryan Shinlon before the poisons took effect again.

Uu Shinlon (Five Star Dragon): The evil dragon created from the 5 star Dragon Ball. The wish that created him was the one in Dragon Ball Z, where Goku was revived when Vegeta and Nappa arrived on Earth. This dragon's element is electricity. He can dish it out, and absorb it, but he is rather short... Very short. But he can create/control these pink jelly things that can also suck up electricity. He can have them fly to the enemy and shock them, or just combine them all to one to create one giant version of himself. When he started sucking the electricity from all the surrounding area (hydroplant), he had Goku and Pan beat. Until a sudden rainstorm came causing him to short circuit and explode. After that, he was finished off by Goku.

Appearances: Episode 50.

Attacks: The pink jellies can shock people, and Dragon Thunder.

Fights

Goku and Pan: They fought when Uu was in his big form, but lost when Uu absorbed electricity from the surrounding areas. But some rain came and shorted him out making him explode. He tried to trap Pan later, and Goku blasted him then.

Bishu: A boy in a fishing village, that's been recieving tons of fish from the sky. He's the only one suspicious of it, and is upset it made the town into lazy drunks, including his father. Also, the seagulls refuse to fly, they are housed in a beached ship, and Bishu takes care of all of them, but especially one, the one called "Gull" in the pic above. The one that turned out to be the one that sends the fish is Ryuu Shinlon, and Goku and Pan defeat her/him. In the end, he asks Pan to teach him to fly, and she promises she will, if he visits her in Satan City. He promises he will, and Pan flies off.

Appearances: Episode 51.

Ryuu Shinlon (Six Star Dragon): Also known as Odehime-sama (Dancing Princess). A fishing village calls her that because her wind powers periodically send sealife high into the air and into the village. The villagers took this as a blessing, which turned out to be wrong. She is the evil dragon of the 6 star ball. Created by the first wish in Dragon Ball, the one Oolong makes for the panties. Her element is wind, also implied to be responsible for bringing the rain clouds that shorted out Uu Shinlon. In the fight, Goku figures out that she is actually a demon in diguise, by spinning real fast, he creates an illusion. Her wind powers manage to pin Goku, but Pan, with help from Gull, discovers that she is completely defenceless on her top side. Pan exploits this with a Kamehamha and stops her, while Goku's Kamehameha finishes her off.

Appearances: Episode 51.

Forms: Normal- an ugly gargoyle-like demon; Female- spins to create this image.

Attacks: Air Missiles, able to spin really fast for illusions and to deflect attacks, and Tornado Stance.

Fights

Goku and Pan: Episode 52; the fight eventually led to Goku being pinned, but Pan found her vulnerability and exploited it. Goku finished Ryuu off.
